Alright. As of yesterday, I weight 185lbs. My goal is to loose 30lbs in 6 months. That would make me 155lbs by the end of the year.

To put it into simpler terms... 30lbs in 6 months is 5lbs a month... which is about 1lb a week!! Not to bad when you think about it.

Well yesterday I ate well. I had lowfat yogurt, 2 peices of toast and a handful a cherries for breakfast. Followed by low fat potato salad (tasted better when it was fresh... blah) and a salad with some chicken and no fat dresing. Dinner consisted of no fat chili and 2 corn bread muffins.

Sarah, Aflack and I then went on a walk to the local stores. Now sure how long of a walk it is. I think it is about a 15 min walk one way.

On the way back I had a Blue Slush Puppie. Mmmm good. That really hit the spot after the walk.

So all in all, I would call yesterday a good day.
